ARTIST DEVELOPMENT | CREATIVE MENTORSHIP

FOR ARTISTS WHO WANT TO DEVELOP THEIR CALLING AND CAREER WITHOUT DISCONNECTING CREATIVITY FROM THEIR FAITH

CREATIVE COACHING

Creative Elm’s Artist Development & Mentorship experience is a 1:1 space for artists who want to grow in their purpose, creative voice, and career—without separating their creativity from their faith.

You’ve been given a gift, a voice, a vision, and a calling. Together, we’ll explore what makes you uniquely you, learn how to steward what God has placed within you, and create a clear path for moving it forward.

Who is this for?

THIS IS FOR THE ARTIST WHO IS ASKING:

  • What makes me uniquely different?

  • What is the mission and vision behind my creative pursuits?

  • How do I pursue a creative career without becoming what the industry wants me to be?

  • How do I change my creative direction in this new season?

  • How do I show up online and position myself authentically for casting, auditions, and opportunities?

  • Where can I find other like-minded Christian creatives to keep me grounded and accountable while pursuing my dreams?

If you've asked any of these questions, you're in the right place!

We bring identity, calling, creative direction, personal brand, career strategy, and practical execution into one intentional space.

Whether you’re refining your creative voice, figuring out how to position yourself in your industry, building your online presence, pursuing new opportunities, or simply trying to understand what comes next, we’ll work through it together—with Jesus at the center.

The goal isn’t to give you another formula for building a career. It’s to help you understand what you carry, know how to steward it, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intentionality.

THE EXPERIENCE

This is a collaborative, ongoing 1:1 mentorship experience rather than a one-time coaching session. We'll work together to understand where you are, clarify where you're going, and build the practical framework to help you move forward. Because every artist is different, the experience will be shaped around you rather than a predetermined formula.

Each session can include a combination of — creative mentorship, career strategy, brand & positioning direction, content & online presence strategy, creative development, practical accountability, faith-centered conversation

THE OUTCOME

You may come into this thinking:

“I know God has called me to this, but I don't know how to build it.”

And begin to leave with:

“I know who I am as an artist.”

“I know what I carry.”

“I know how to communicate it.”

“I know how I want to show up.”

“I know what opportunities I'm pursuing.”

“I know what I'm doing next.”

And most importantly:

“I don't have to choose between pursuing my career and pursuing Jesus.”

You were created to create

Let's discover what that looks like together

WHAT WE'LL BUILD TOGETHER

01 — IDENTITY + CALLING

Before we build a platform/career, we need to understand the person.

We'll explore your story, gifts, experiences, values, creative instincts, and the things you feel God has placed within you.

Together, we'll begin defining: Your creative identity, your unique voice, your strengths and natural gifts, your values and convictions, your mission, the message behind your work, and the kind of artist you're becoming

The goal isn't to manufacture a brand — It's to uncover what is already there

02 — ARTIST POSITIONING

Once we understand who you are, we'll explore how to communicate that clearly.

We'll look at where you currently fit within your industry, what makes you distinct, and how you can position yourself in a way that feels both strategic and authentic.

This can include: Artist positioning, personal brand direction, bio and messaging, portfolio / website direction, casting materials (such as headshot, reels, and portfolios), identifying the right opportunities, and communicating your unique value

The goal is not to make you more marketable by industry standards alone — It's to make your work more clearly recognizable as yours

03 — ONLINE PRESENCE

Your online presence should become an extension of your artistry—not another full-time job.

Together we'll determine what you actually need to communicate online, what platforms make sense for you, and how your content can support the career you're building.

We'll explore: Content pillars, social media direction, what to share—and what not to share, how to communicate your artistry, personal storytelling, showing your gifts without constantly performing online, building consistency without burnout, creating a sustainable content rhythm, aligning your online presence with your larger career vision

You don't need to be everywhere — You need to be intentional about where you are

04 — CAREER + OPPORTUNITY STRATEGY

This is where vision becomes movement.

We'll look at where you are now and identify the practical steps that can help you move toward the opportunities you're believing for.

Depending on your career, this may include: Identifying/building relationships, finding aligned opportunities, preparing for auditions or performances, creating a professional development plan, and determining what to prioritize next

Rather than constantly asking, “What should I be doing?” — We'll create a clearer framework for knowing what matters right now

05 — STRUCTURE + EXECUTION

Sometimes the vision isn't the problem — It's knowing how to actually move.

We'll take the ideas, goals, and opportunities in front of you and turn them into practical next steps.

Together we'll create rhythms around: WHAT you're working toward, WHY it matters, WHEN you're going to move, HOW you're going to execute

So you can leave each session with more than inspiration — You leave knowing what to do next

06 — FAITH + VOCATION

This is what makes the experience different.

We aren't adding faith onto a career strategy — Faith is part of the foundation.

We'll make room to ask questions that traditional branding and career conversations often don't: What is God actually inviting you into? What does obedience look like in this season? What are you trying to build—and why? Where have you been striving instead of stewarding? What does excellence look like without performance? How can your career become an expression of your worship rather than the source of your identity?

The goal isn't simply to build a successful career — It's to build a career that can be surrendered to God while still being pursued with excellence
