The Collective is a curated community of like-minded and seasoned artists/organizations across film, tv, music, fashion, entertainment, stage, and brand storytelling with distinct voices, refined craft, and a shared commitment to excellence.

We exist to connect kingdom creatives to one another and job opportunities, and we believe that as artists who carry the presence of God, we are called to bring light, purity, truth, and elevated creative execution into all spheres of influence in order to advance the Kingdom of Heaven.

Here in The Collective — Jesus is the center, our faith comes first, purposeful artistic expression is highly valued, healthy relational dynamics and accountability are a must, consistent Christ-like character is the standard, collaboration is intentional, and work created both within and outside of the Elm Studio is a catalyst for impacting culture/industries across the globe.

From Collective to Creation

Artists within The Collective become part of a creative network connected to other artists, organizations, opportunities, and projects.

As brands, productions, and clients partner with the Elm Studio, artists from The Collective may be brought into creative campaigns, live performances, productions, films, and visual storytelling projects based on their craft and alignment with the vision of the work. As other creative organizations connected with Elm also become in need of artists with a particular skillset, we will bring those requests and potential jobs to our Collective family as well.

The result of our charge to connect kingdom creatives with work is a creative ecosystem where artistry, faith, friendship, and opportunity move together.

OUR CORE BELIEFS

  • We value what God (through both His written Word and the Holy Spirit) is saying and doing, honor how He uniquely designed each artist, and partner with Him in every creative endeavor.

  • We value the artist’s unique design by providing space for equipping, activation, connection, friendship, and collaboration.

  • We value family by cultivating a sense of belonging, establishing healthy creative dynamics without being in competition with one another, resolving conflict quickly and with integrity, and seeking generational legacy and diversity.

  • We value bringing heaven to earth through the unity of different art mediums and creative expressions in order to experience the fullness of God and bring significant change to multiple spheres of influence.

  • Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)

As we are beginning to build the foundations of The Collective, we are currently looking to connect with amazing artists within different industries and other faith-based creative organizations to partner with around Nashville, TN.

As we are launching The Collective, we are first looking to form a database and network of individual artists rooted in Jesus and currently working within creative industries.
